How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order, just for you - no mass production, no shortcuts.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production, then 5–8 business days for U.S. shipping.

During busy periods or with certain premium garments, it can occasionally take a little longer. You'll receive tracking the moment your order ships.

Why does it take longer than fast-fashion sites?

Because nothing is sitting in a warehouse! Each tee is printed fresh when you order, which means less waste, better quality, and a piece made especially for you. Good things take a little time and they're worth the wait.

What if my order is delayed?

Occasionally a package takes longer in transit than expected. If it's been a while and you're wondering where your order is, just reach out - I'm a small, cat-mom-owned shop and I'll personally help track it down.

How do your shirts fit?

Our tees are unisex and true to size, with a soft, relaxed fit. If you're between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, size down. Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

How do I care for my tee?

To keep it soft and lasting: wash inside out in cold water, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the design or use high heat in dryer/washer.

What's your return/exchange policy?

At Claw & Paw Apparel, we want you to love your order as much as we love our pets.

If something isn't right, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Do you offer refunds?

If something's wrong with your order (damaged, defective, or an error on our end), absolutely - just reach out. Your happiness matters to me.

Who's behind Claw & Paw?

Hi, I'm Anna! Claw & Paw was inspired by my two rescue cats, Dexter & Rosie, and created for women who know life is simply better with cats. A portion of every order helps cats in need.
